Why a Buffer::new load was refused.

There is no policy size limit: the only refusal is representational — byte offsets are u32, so a document must fit the u32 offset space. Hosts wanting a policy cap (e.g. “don’t open logs in the editor”) enforce it before loading.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
