MonitorApp

Struct MonitorApp

Source
pub struct MonitorApp<B: Backend = CrosstermBackend<Stdout>> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Main monitor application, generic over terminal backend for testability.

The default type parameter (CrosstermBackend<Stdout>) is used in production. Tests use TestBackend to avoid real terminal I/O.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MonitorApp

Production constructor and terminal-specific methods.

Source

pub fn new( initial_data: DexTokenData, chain: &str, monitor_config: &MonitorConfig, dex_client: Box<dyn DexDataSource>, chain_client: Option<Box<dyn ChainClient>>, exchange_client: Option<ExchangeClient>, ) -> Result<Self>

Creates a new monitor application with a real terminal.

dex_client comes from the caller’s client factory, so the monitor uses the configured HTTP transport (and Ghola) for every refresh.

Source

pub async fn run(&mut self) -> Result<()>

Runs the main event loop using async event stream.

Source§

impl<B: Backend> MonitorApp<B>

Methods that work with any terminal backend (production or test). Includes cleanup, key handling, and data fetching.

Source

pub fn cleanup(&mut self) -> Result<()>

Cleans up terminal state. Only performs real terminal restore when this app owns the terminal (production mode).
