§learning_rate: f64Learning rate (alpha) for background updates. Range (0, 1].
fg_threshold: f64Foreground threshold – the minimum absolute difference between a pixel and its background model to be declared foreground.
detect_shadows: boolEnable shadow detection heuristics.
shadow_params: ShadowParamsShadow detection parameters (only used when detect_shadows is true).
