Scree plot data for selecting the number of factors
Contains eigenvalues of the covariance/correlation matrix, which can be used to construct a scree plot for determining the appropriate number of factors (look for the “elbow” in the eigenvalue curve).
Fields§
§eigenvalues: Array1<f64>Eigenvalues in descending order
cumulative_variance: Array1<f64>Cumulative proportion of variance explained
variance_proportions: Array1<f64>Proportion of variance explained by each component
kaiser_threshold: f64Kaiser criterion threshold (eigenvalue = 1.0 for correlation matrix)
