Fields§
§model: ScanModelStatistical model.
max_population_fraction: f64Maximum fraction of total population inside a scan window (0, 1]. Default 0.5.
n_monte_carlo: usizeNumber of Monte Carlo replications for p-value. Default 999.
seed: u64RNG seed for reproducibility.
max_secondary_clusters: usizeMaximum number of secondary (non-overlapping) clusters to report. Default 5.
