A barrier token that can be injected into a stream to signal all downstream operators to checkpoint their state.

Fields

checkpoint_id: u64

Unique barrier identifier, monotonically increasing.

timestamp_ms: u64

Wall-clock timestamp when the barrier was created (ms since epoch).
