pub enum PchipExtrapolateMode {
Linear,
Polynomial,
}Expand description
Strategy for PCHIP extrapolation outside the data range.
Variants§
Linear
Linear extension using the endpoint derivative (bounded growth, stable for far extrapolation). This is the default.
Polynomial
Hermite polynomial continuation of the boundary segment. Matches
scipy.interpolate.PchipInterpolator(extrapolate=True) but can grow
cubically for points far from the data range.
