pub struct StreamKMPlusPlus<F: Float> { /* private fields */ }Expand description
StreamKM++: coreset-based streaming k-means.
Maintains a weighted coreset that summarises the stream. When the buffer overflows, a merge-and-reduce step compresses it back down using k-means++ seeding to select coreset representatives.

impl<F: Float + FromPrimitive + Debug> StreamKMPlusPlus<F>
Sourcepub fn new(config: StreamKMConfig) -> Self
pub fn new(config: StreamKMConfig) -> Self
Create a new StreamKM++ instance.
Sourcepub fn process_point(&mut self, point: &[F]) -> Result<()>
pub fn process_point(&mut self, point: &[F]) -> Result<()>
Process a single point from the stream.
Sourcepub fn process_batch(&mut self, data: ArrayView2<'_, F>) -> Result<()>
pub fn process_batch(&mut self, data: ArrayView2<'_, F>) -> Result<()>
Process a batch of points.
Sourcepub fn get_clusters(&self) -> Result<(Array2<F>, Array1<i32>)>
pub fn get_clusters(&self) -> Result<(Array2<F>, Array1<i32>)>
Get final cluster centroids and coreset labels.
Sourcepub fn coreset_size(&self) -> usize
pub fn coreset_size(&self) -> usize
Current coreset size (number of weighted representatives).
