Statistics about provider usage (moved from obsolete in_memory module).

This provides metrics about resource counts, tenants, and resource types for monitoring and debugging purposes.

Number of active tenants in the provider

total_resources: usize

Total number of resources across all tenants

resource_type_count: usize

Number of distinct resource types

resource_types: Vec<String>

List of resource type names
