Configuration for isosurface generation.
Fields§
§spacing: f64Grid spacing in Bohr (smaller = finer mesh).
padding: f64Padding around the molecule in Bohr.
isovalue: f64Isovalue for the surface. Typical orbital values: 0.02–0.05.
both_lobes: boolWhether to generate both positive and negative lobes.
smooth_normals: boolWhether to smooth vertex normals.
