Source file holding the edge (repo-relative).

subject: String

object: String

Target recorded by the native resolver (an external_api entity).

callee: String

Callee name as written at the call site (evidence symbol).

line: u32

Call-site line (1-based).

evidence_id: String

First evidence id — preserved across the upgrade, so it is the identity link between the EXTRACTED edge and its RESOLVED successor.
