Struct scan_rules::scanner::Number

Scans a single number into a string.

Specifically, this will match a continuous run of decimal characters (i.e. /\d+/).

Note that this includes non-ASCII decimal characters, meaning it will scan numbers such as "42", "１７０１", and "𐒩０꘠᧑".
