The semantic type of a dependency relationship.

SPDX distinguishes between runtime, dev, build, test, optional, and provided dependencies. CycloneDX does not encode scope in its dependency graph, so all CycloneDX edges use Runtime.

The default is Runtime, which also covers generic relationships like DEPENDS_ON or CONTAINS that don’t specify a scope.
