Parameters of REGISTER.

Fields

app_name: String

Which application this server belongs to.

exe_path: PathBuf

The executable to run when a peer wants a workspace and this server is not running.

managed_by: ManagedBy

How this server was started. A Service server is never started by the bridge.

workspaces: Vec<WorkspaceRegistration>

The workspaces it owns. Registering again replaces the previous list for this app.
