Whether an identity provider requires a signed inbound <AuthnRequest>.

Self::RequireSigned is optional and stays off. Self::AllowUnsignedVerifyIfPresent verifies a signature that is present and still accepts an unsigned request. Self::AllowUnsignedForCompatibility does not verify a present signature. The accept combination is classified in docs/conformance/web-browser-sso-acceptance.md.

AllowUnsignedVerifyIfPresent

Accept an unsigned AuthnRequest and verify a signature that is present.

AllowUnsignedForCompatibility
