pub fn is_clean(&self) -> bool

True when the sidecar is in a state operators don’t need to action. Used by the CLI to decide exit code (true → 0, false → 1). MissingHarmless is clean (single-frame objects have no sidecar by design); MissingUnknown is also reported clean so the CLI doesn’t false-alert on objects too large to deep-scan — operator can still see the hint in stdout and raise --max-body-bytes.
