Module detection 

Linux distribution detection and package manager identification.

Parses /etc/os-release (primary), falls back to /etc/lsb-release, /etc/arch-release, and /etc/debian_version. Detects the distro family and the appropriate package manager.

• VAL-PLAT-007: Distro detection identifies correct Linux distribution
• VAL-PLAT-008: Package manager detection matches distro family, MLSTACK_PKG_MANAGER env var overrides auto-detection
