Last ROCM_CHANNEL assignment in an env file body. Understands plain export ROCM_CHANNEL=x, the guarded form written by the env generator (if [ -z "${ROCM_CHANNEL:-}" ]; then export ROCM_CHANNEL=x; fi), and fish set -gx ROCM_CHANNEL x.
