Creates a new CloudFront cache policy builder.

§Arguments
  • id - Unique identifier for the cache policy
  • unique_name - Name for the cache policy (must be unique)
  • default_ttl - Default time to live in seconds
  • min_ttl - Minimum time to live in seconds
  • max_ttl - Maximum time to live in seconds
  • cache_params - Parameters for cache key and origin forwarding
