Default root object for CloudFront distributions.

This wrapper specifies the object that CloudFront returns when a viewer requests the root URL of your distribution (e.g., http://example.com/ instead of http://example.com/index.html).

Use the default_root_object! macro from rusty-cdk-macros for compile-time validation
