A definition whose handler carries marker-identified Out slots.

Implemented by #[subscriber] on the value you pass to include; Markers lists the slot markers in signature order, which is the order the positional machinery ([InitSlots], [BindSlot], BindSlots) works in. You never implement this by hand unless you hand-write a definition.
