Struct SeekHandle

Reads the group’s reposition handle off a stream context, per delivery or per batch.

The handle is subscription-scoped (resolved once, when the subscription opens), which is why it is the one field both context types carry. As a Ctx<SeekHandle> parameter it binds the per-delivery context; a batch body reads it with ctx.context(SeekHandle) off StreamBatchContext.
