FillRecoveryFailure

Enum FillRecoveryFailure

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum FillRecoveryFailure { Request(String), TimedOut { timeout_secs: u64, }, Truncated { fills_read: usize, }, VenueRetention { held_since: DateTime<Utc>, }, SpanLimit { max_span_secs: u64, }, PageLimit { max_pages: u32, }, }
Expand description

Why fill recovery’s last read of a FillRecoveryGap failed.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Request(String)

The venue request failed.

§

TimedOut

The read did not finish within the recovery’s time budget.

Fields

§timeout_secs: u64

The time budget, in seconds.

§

Truncated

The read stopped at the venue integration’s cap on how many fills one read returns. The fills it read were delivered, and the span starts at the last of them (at its millisecond, on Alpaca), so fills sharing its time that the read cut off are inside it.

Fields

§fills_read: usize

How many fills the read returned before it stopped, counted across the account, before any filter by instrument.

§

VenueRetention

The venue no longer holds the fills before held_since, so the span’s part before it could not be read. It is the gap: its end is the moment before held_since.

Fields

§held_since: DateTime<Utc>

The earliest moment the venue still holds fills from.

§

SpanLimit

The span reaches back further than the recovery’s configured maximum span. The gap is the part before that maximum, which was not read.

Fields

§max_span_secs: u64

The maximum span, in seconds.

§

PageLimit

The read stopped at the recovery’s configured maximum number of calls. The gap is the part not yet read.

Fields

§max_pages: u32

The maximum number of calls.
