A BookingError paired with the account that produced it.

This is the canonical user-facing inventory error type. Its Display impl is the single source of truth for booking-error wording across rustledger-booking and rustledger-validate. Conformance assertions (e.g. pta-standards reduction-exceeds-inventory requires the literal substring "not enough") are pinned by this Display.

Construct via BookingError::with_account.
