Look an attribute up by name, case-insensitively.

Attribute descriptions are case-insensitive in LDAP, and directories disagree about which case they return: OpenLDAP echoes what the schema says, Active Directory echoes what you asked for. Matching exactly is a bug that only shows up against the other server.
