Expand description

Every result code RFC 4511 names, plus whatever else a directory sends.

This is an enum rather than a bare integer because the difference between 32 and 49 is the difference between “no such user” and “wrong password”, and a caller that has to remember which number is which will eventually get it wrong in the direction that logs somebody in.

Unknown(i64)

A code this client does not know. Directories add their own; refusing to carry the number would lose the only clue in the message.
