What a resolver may return.
A resolver that just looks at the scope returns bool, and one that has to
go and ask a database returns Result<bool> — both are written the obvious
way and this trait is what lets Flags::define take either. There is no
third implementation and no reason for one: a flag is on or off, or the
question could not be answered.
