Transform an OpenAPI 3.0 schema (serde_json::Value) to OpenAPI 3.1 format

Key transformations:

  • nullable: true becomes type: ["<type>", "null"]
  • exclusiveMinimum: true with minimum: X becomes exclusiveMinimum: X
  • exclusiveMaximum: true with maximum: X becomes exclusiveMaximum: X
