Struct Trailers 

pub struct Trailers(/* private fields */);

Trailer fields shared between whoever produces a body and the connection writer that sends them after it (see Response::trailers). Clones share the one slot.

Trailers already known, e.g. for a buffered body.

Replace the fields; call before the body’s last byte is produced.
