The full URL logs are POSTed to, e.g. http://collector:4318/v1/logs.

interval: Duration

Time between exports.

service_name: String

service.name resource attribute.

service_version: String

service.version resource attribute.

headers: Vec<(String, String)>

Extra request headers (OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_HEADERS), e.g. an API key.
