Available on crate features model-mysql or model-postgres or model-sqlite only.

TLS modes, named as libpq’s sslmode.

Variants

Disable

Never TLS.

Prefer

TLS when the server offers it, without checking its certificate (the default, as before these settings existed).

Require

TLS always, certificate not checked.

VerifyCa

TLS always, certificate signed by a trusted CA.

VerifyFull

As VerifyCa, and the certificate names the host connected to.
