Lightweight bundle of the three Shared atomics that drive a track’s per-voice LFO. Clone is ~3× Arc-clone (refcount bumps) — cheap.

Apply this LFO to base only if this_target matches the user selection and depth is audible. Otherwise base is returned unchanged — the LFO adds zero cost when it’s off.
