Controls how much of the block cache access stream a block cache trace records.

This is the newer block cache tracing entry point and is paired with BlockCacheTraceWriterOptions. The older entry point reuses TraceOptions instead.

pub fn set_sampling_frequency(&mut self, frequency: u64)

Captures one block cache access out of every frequency.

Default: 1, meaning capture every access.

pub fn get_sampling_frequency(&self) -> u64

Returns the current sampling_frequency setting.
