Consumer tag (optional)

Number of concurrent message processors

§prefetch_count: Option<u16>

Prefetch count (QoS)

§auto_declare_queue: bool

Auto-declare queue before consuming

§queue_options: CustomQueueDeclareOptions

Queue declaration options

§auto_declare_exchange: bool

Auto-declare exchange and bind to queue

§exchange_name: Option<String>

Exchange name (if not provided, uses queue_name as exchange name)

§exchange_options: CustomExchangeDeclareOptions

Exchange declaration options

§routing_key: Option<String>

Routing key for binding queue to exchange (default: queue_name)

§retry_policy: Option<RetryPolicy>

Retry policy for failed messages
