IEC61850-7-2 Service parameter for conditions checking

Fields

interlock_check: Option<bool>

InterlockCheck is used for the device to be controlled to check if other devices are in proper state for the control command. One example is that 2 circuit breakers on a busbar need to be interlocked so one is open and one is closed, but not both on.

synchro_check: Option<bool>

To check if a device is synchrous to the system.
