Driver info message (0x0014) — H5Odrvinfo.c.

Carries the VFD-specific superblock payload (H5FD_MULTI / H5FD_FAMILY) that a v0/v1 file keeps in a separate driver-info block. The payload is handed back verbatim: this crate opens files through a single sec2-like handle and does not implement the multi/family drivers, so the message is exposed for inspection rather than acted on.

The 8-byte driver identifier, trailing NULs trimmed (e.g. NCSAmulti is stored as NCSAmult).

data: Vec<u8>

Driver-specific payload.
