Outcome of a verifier run. errors are violations of physical invariants (e.g. an inode references a block the bitmap says is free — the FS is corrupt). warnings are anomalies that don’t break correctness but suggest waste or stale state (e.g. an allocated block no inode claims — leaked). is_clean() checks only errors.
