Primitive change to the directory tree. The caller (E10 or a test) turns these into real I/O under a JBD2 transaction (E11).

WriteDirBlock

Overwrite an existing directory leaf/root/intermediate block. logical_block is the dir-file-relative block index.

AppendNewDirBlock

Allocate a NEW logical block at the tail of the dir file and write these bytes there. The caller also needs to extend the inode size + extent tree via E7 to make the new logical block mapped.
