SystemRuntime

Struct SystemRuntime

Source
pub struct SystemRuntime;
Expand description

Native defaults retain the process-ID/counter and SystemTime behavior. Browser builds use JavaScript wall time and a random process-equivalent seed.

Trait Implementations§

Source§

impl Runtime for SystemRuntime

Source§

fn now_unix_seconds(&self) -> i64

Seconds since the Unix epoch, signed and 64-bit: ext4 stores times past 2038 (to 2446) by extending the 32-bit base with the epoch bits of each *_extra field, so a u32 cannot carry them.
Source§

fn next_inode_generation(&self) -> u32

New inode generation; implementations must avoid immediate reuse.
