A collation, one row of pg_collation. The catalog holds the collations that pg_import_system_collations makes when the cluster starts.

oid: u32

The OID.

name: String

The name.

namespace: u32

The OID of the schema.

owner: u32

The OID of the owner.

provider: u8

collprovider: c for the C library and i for ICU.

encoding: i32

collencoding: the encoding, or -1 for any encoding.

libc_locale: Option<String>

collcollate and collctype: the locale of the C library, or None for ICU.

locale: Option<String>

colllocale: the locale of ICU, or None for the C library.

version: Option<String>

collversion, or None.
