The parameters of a statement.

Fields

types: Vec<u32>

The type OID of each parameter, from $1. 0 means that the client gave no type.

variable: bool

True for a statement of the extended protocol, which can use parameters that the client did not declare and gets the types from the query. A simple query has no parameters.
