MergeAction: a WHEN clause of a MERGE.

command: MergeCommand

query: Box<Query>

The query of the clause, which reads the row of the target table with the ID of its version and the carried values. It gives the new row of an INSERT or an UPDATE with the conditions of the check constraints after the columns, or one true value for a DELETE and DO NOTHING. It gives no row when the condition of the clause is not true.
