GET /v1/caches: every cache volume of the configured profiles, as last measured. Docker measures volumes slowly, so runnerd measures them at start and whenever no runner runs after jobs ended.

measured_at: Option<u64>

When the sizes were measured; None before the first measurement.

volumes: Vec<CacheVolume>

By name.

build: Option<BuildCacheStats>

The shared build cache now, when it is on.
