[caches.build]: the build cache every runner shares (ADR 0052): Gradle’s, and the other tools’ the runner image points at it. Every field has a default.

Fields

enabled: bool

Whether runners get it. Default true.

max_size: ByteSize

Above this size, the entries used least recently go when no job runs. Default 10G.

branches: Vec<String>

The branches whose pushes, scheduled and manually started runs may write to it besides each repository’s default branch, which always may. Every other job only reads. Default empty.

directory: Option<PathBuf>

Where its entries are kept; default $XDG_CACHE_HOME/runnerd/build-cache.
