Variants

Discard

Send both to the null device. The default: a runner writes its own diagnostics into its workspace, and inheriting its output would splice unredacted text into this process’s stream.

Inherit

Inherit this process’s handles.

Capture

Capture both, readable through ChildProcess::take_stdout.
