A response’s cache validators: its ETag and Last-Modified.

Sent back verbatim, a weak W/"…" tag included, because that is what GitHub compares against. Measured on api.github.com before this was written: the workflow-run, job and runner listings each return a weak ETag, and an If-None-Match carrying it is answered 304 for as long as the listing is unchanged.
