This process chose not to spend the refresh token, and GitHub was not asked.

The pair is intact, so this is not a credential problem: a process that cannot store what the exchange returns leaves renewal to one that can – on a boot-mode host, the service. Reported quietly, because it recurs on every attempt for as long as the renewal window is open and nothing about it needs an operator.

Failed(String)

The renewal was attempted and did not produce a stored pair.
