Returned by ThreadHandle::queue_macrotask when the target runtime is shutting down or its cross-thread macrotask queue is full.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Closed

The target thread has finished shutting down; no further work can be queued.

Full

The cross-thread macrotask queue is at capacity. Try again later; callers decide whether to retry, drop the work, or panic.
