Struct SimplifyCache

A reusable memo of solved linear MBAs.

Simplifying an expression solves many linear sub-MBAs; a SimplifyCache remembers those solutions so that a caller simplifying many expressions — or the same ones repeatedly across rounds of an analysis — pays for each distinct linear solve once. Create one with SimplifyCache::new and hand it to simplify_mba_cached. It is safe to share one across threads.
