MemoryDriver

Struct MemoryDriver

Source
pub struct MemoryDriver { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

In-memory cache driver using DashMap for lock-free concurrent access.

Supports TTL-based expiration. Expired entries are lazily cleaned on access; a read removes an expired key only while it still holds that expired value, so a concurrent refill of the same key is kept. Perfect for single-instance deployments and development.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MemoryDriver

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Create a new in-memory cache driver.

Trait Implementations§

impl CacheDriver for MemoryDriver

Source§

fn get<'life0, 'life1, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, key: &'life1 str, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<Option<Arc<String>>, CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait, 'life1: 'async_trait,

Retrieve a value by key. Returns None if the key doesn’t exist or has expired.
Source§

fn put<'life0, 'life1, 'life2, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, key: &'life1 str, value: &'life2 str, ttl_secs: Option<u64>, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<(), CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait, 'life1: 'async_trait, 'life2: 'async_trait,

Store a value with an optional TTL in seconds.
Source§

fn forget<'life0, 'life1, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, key: &'life1 str, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<(), CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait, 'life1: 'async_trait,

Remove a key from the cache.
Source§

fn flush<'life0, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<(), CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

Remove all keys from the cache.
Source§

fn has<'life0, 'life1, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, key: &'life1 str, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<bool, CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait, 'life1: 'async_trait,

Check if a key exists and is not expired.
Source§

fn inspect<'life0, 'async_trait>( &'life0 self, limit: usize, ) -> Pin<Box<dyn Future<Output = Result<CacheInspection, CacheError>> + Send + 'async_trait>>
where Self: 'async_trait, 'life0: 'async_trait,

Returns bounded metadata without values when the driver supports it.
